Prediction markets work. The problem has never been the idea. It has been where they live and how they run: offshore, opaque, without real trading mechanisms or protections for the people using them. The answer is not to ban them. It is to build them properly.
Most serious prediction markets are closed to Europe or pushed to grey-market venues with no protection. Europeans deserve the real thing: regulated, transparent, and built here.
Saga Markets ApS is incorporated in Copenhagen, and we are a member of Copenhagen Fintech. The platform is getting built. We have a PoC, and are working towards licensing.
